A Note About Fees

As independent advocates solely on your behalf, our services are not reimbursed by insurance companies or government agencies. However, often our assistance will help you avoid unnecessary medical costs or risks.

You are charged according to the nature of the project, which may be by the hour, as a flat fee, as a subscription service, or some combination of the three.

Payment is required in advance.

Sometimes only an estimated fee can be determined, and you will know the upper and lower ranges of such an estimate. As our work proceeds, we can be more specific so that you can plan accordingly.

Nothing is done without your specific permission. We will have very detailed conversations up front to clarify your goals, and document the project details.

Do you offer assistance analyzing pros and cons of individual employer sponsored plans versus family plans or private plans? My open enrollment is this week but my spouses isn’t until October and we have our first child due in November. We need help analyzing our options

Mark, I can help you and your wife find your best options among the mishmash of benefits offered by two different employers. Congratulations on your new baby!
